At Divinera, we want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchange:
Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
No signs of wear, scratches, or damage
Applies only to non-customized, non-sale items
Not Eligible:
Personalized or customized items
Items bought on sale or with discount codes
Items damaged due to neglect or misuse
Return Shipping:
The customer bears the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Exchange Requests (Size/Style):
If your item doesn’t fit or you’d like to switch, email us and we’ll process an exchange, subject to availability.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Your full name
Order number
Reason for return/exchange
Clear images (for defective/damaged pieces)
Refunds:
Processed within 5–7 business days after item inspection
Credited to original payment method or store credit (as per customer preference)
